Bryan Dixon Named Student of the Month

Bryan Dixon has been named as Meadows Valley Schools, Student of the Month. He has participated and lettered in Football his freshman year and Basketball and Track his freshman and sophomore years.  He is currently the junior starting point guard for the MV boys Varsity basketball team.  He has assisted in building the boys basketball program by helping coach the Junior High team.  As a freshman, the Long Pin Conference recognized his talents by naming him as Honorable Mention in basketball. 

            “Bryan is a great student leader, role model and citizen”, said MV Athletic Director Rob Campbell.  Campbell also said, “Bryan is one of those students that you can always count on.”

            Dixon volunteers to help with many school activities while maintaining a 3.76 G.P.A.

            He is an active member in MV Honor Society and Green Earth Club.

            Academic and Program awards have been presented to him in Horticulture, Health, Physical Education, Top History Student, and School Character and Honor Student his Freshman year.

            Bryan’s hobbies include playing sports, white water river rafting, camping and fishing, snowboarding, swimming, four-wheeling and watching college basketball.

            He likes hanging out with his friends and watching movies.

of the Junior and Senior High School. Officers
are elected yearly according to an adopted
Constitution.

Students should feel free to express
their ideas and opinions to their officers and
representatives. Student Council meets the first
and third Wednesdays of each month.
